We are a part of Sunniva Group which was founded in 2016. Our project implementation arm, SUNNIVA Renewables focuses on implementing quality Solar projects on Cap-ex and Op-ex models (BooT & Equipment Lease) across India.

As on date, SUNNIVA boasts of over 2.2MW worth INR 12.5 Cr completed Turnkey Solar Project and 12MW worth INR 45 Cr of Solar Project under implementation as well Asset Management of 11.42MW Solar Project with Investment Banking M&A mandates of over INR 250 Cr – Green, Brown Field & Operational Assets.

We also offer Advisory services acting as a catalyst for the development of renewable energy projects in India. Working with investors and developers alike SUNNIVA focuses on creating mutually beneficial partnerships by connecting the right investors with the right developers for the right projects. Also we have the option of Asset Management by building our own portfolio in renewable space, mainly in Solar PV for captive consumers. The projects we invest in use established technologies. We have extensive business experience in multiple locations in India and our future plan is to expand our operations worldwide.
